Register early! Airsoft Equipment RentalAny participant that does not have their own equipment must pay a rental fee $37. Equipment rental fee includes: BBs, airsoft gun, magazine and face mask.

- All airsoft players (team members) must be at least 9 years of age.
- Cost for the submission of a team of 5 is $220. This price includes the field cost.
- An additional fee of $37 required for each player requiring equipment: biodegradable bbs, face mask & airsoft gun. (To be paid separately by each member needing equipment). Amount due by the 1st of March.
- All teams may raise these costs and beyond through our pledge sheets (above) which must be turned in by the by the 20th of September or in person on the
4th of October 2014 in order to participate. - Monies payable via PayPal, cash, or cheque paid to Indonesia Culture Exploration.
- To be eligible for contest prizes you must submit pledge sheet and attain the highest pledge donation in your category: team, zombie/volunteer or child.
- Arrive by 9:30 for check-in.
- Food will not be provided. Please support the local restaurants in town or bring your own food and snacks for the event.
